SecureScan Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SecureScan service ("Service") provided by heySec ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SecureScan is a web application security scanning service that detects vulnerabilities in your web assets. The Service includes automated scans, prioritized risk assessments, and remediation guidance.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Service.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.3. You must only scan web assets that you own or have explicit permission to test.

3.4. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Service Limitations

4.1. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our scans will detect all vulnerabilities.

4.2. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

4.3. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the Service or your reliance on scan results.

5. Data and Privacy

5.1. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2. You retain all rights to your data. We will not share your scan results or other confidential information without your explicit consent.

6. Payment and Refunds

6.1. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

6.2. All purchases are final. Refunds are at our discretion.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, heySec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
